Question?
I have a text file called msg.txt:

0, Path1
5, Path2
7, Path3

I want to readed this text file and place the Integer in one text box and the Path in another text box is there a way to do this

I'd type it out, but check here, especially the answer by jimbobmcgee, it's a really good explanation.

Once you've set the object (strRetp = oTS.ReadLine), you can use the Split function to split it into an array, and place the elements where you'd like.
