Activex Ctrl Interface Wizard "not There", Help Needed...

My Contributions
I have a book which shows how to write your own ActiveX Controls in VB. However it needs the VB6 ActiveX Ctrl Interface Wizard.
[Seen From the Addins Manager Menu].

Well....my PC doesnt show the Interface Wizard when I start the Addin Manager....can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can get it started???

none of them tell you what to do in case it isn't there in the Add in Manager. All it says is that if it isnt there in the Addin Menu then enable it from the Add in Manager.

Is it because I didnt install a few options while Installing Visual Studio? I think I installed all...but I'm not so sure about it.

I figured it out...You simply Add a User Control and the Ctrl Inferface Wizard is one of it's Options. Surprising why it doesnt show up in the Addins Menu.
