New D.I.C Head Joined: 14 Dec, 2005 Posts: 3 My Contributions	I have a source code about bioinformatic. This is what i received from a master student. My assignment is to add new features into it. But my problem is that i dun understand what is the original code means. Can anyone help me out with this? Hope someone willng to guide me. I dun hope spoon feedind, i just need some guidance. What are you supposed to do? Add New Features to all of them? And New Features as in 'what'? It would be easier to help you out if you give us the exact details.

New D.I.C Head Joined: 14 Dec, 2005 Posts: 3 My Contributions	U just have to open a workspace for ott.cpp. Others .cpp will add as external dependencies to the ott.cpp. I will change the scoring method (current method is mdl) to BDE. The short form is just some math term. I want to understand what actually the code means. Then only i can identify the related part i want to change other than the mdl.cpp. Please notice that the run time error occur when the function mdl() is called. The data[x] in the if statement contain nothing. The ideal method is to replace the data in AsiaD[] [] into the Data[]. But their data type is different. According to ur opinion which datatype would be suitable to be used in the whole .cpp? Thanks..
