I am working on my assignment, I open the csv file using vector as a dynamic array because this file contain 1447x196 (RxC), and I got bulit a function to get the date from the first column, and I built a function min, max which I need to used it on column 5, 7, 11 and others, but actually the function I built for a array I entered so now I am stack on how I could make to get the max,min from the column on the csv file. can anyone help me with it.
