Hey Folks,

I am new to this... I learned programming in the seventies when hard drives were the size of the tire on your car... now I am trying to get back in the mix...

As a business owner and someone who tries to use technology to the fullest, I have decided to apply Visual Basic to help me keep up with ecomomic changes.

I purchased a book... thinking this would help me get up to speed... well it is more than I thought.

I have been looking for solutions... to taking a spreadsheet and "ripping it apart" manufacturer by manufacturer...

I receive a spreadsheet each month with new pricing, products. my cost and weight, cube etc... I try to make changes to respond to market conditions asap... as you can imagine that does not work very well... by the time I update my prices it is time to start again... if I ever get updated at all.

Where do I begin... I need to process this spreadsheet... create another workbook with numerous sheets... one for each supplier... check for new products... make price changes...
