Hello its me again

i would like to know how to make a program change the display setting to say 800x600?

(make the program have no boarders and make its maxamised)

BUT
as i wont a image in the back ground .. if the client have a 1024x768 display it will leave lines round the program or if its too low it will cut the image off.
SO

how can i make it so when the program starts the display would change to fit the programs size?

Hi,

If you want to change the resolution then there are 2 steps to accomplish it..

1) Get the User's current resolution...Change the Resolution to 800x600
2) On program quit, Restore the users' original Resolution.

Check out this link: I HAVE NOT TESTED THE APPLICATION
Change Resolution on FreeVBCode

hope this helps
