I have searched everywhere on the OpenGL site and used google, but I cannot find any download links for the OpenGL library. For some odd reason, my compiler has the header files, but not the lib files. Does anyone have a link for the library?

P.S. I've compiled OpenGL programs before, just not with Code::Blocks +MingW... so I might just be stupid tongue.gif

You need to install the OpenGL libraries for MinGW to use.

https://users.cs.jmu.edu/bernstdh/web/commo...-glut-setup.php

One or both may help.

Thanks, any idea why MingW would have been packed with the OpenGL headers, but not the libs?

Oversight? I installed my MinGW separate from Code::Blocks, so maybe the Code::Blocks package doesn't have the OpenGL or GLUT libraries. It may even be an install option. I honestly don't know. I think I have the GLUT libraries in my MinGW, but like I said, I installed MinGW from mingw.org, not the C::B package.

I reinstalled MinGW, but I still have the same problem. I looked in the lib folder again and I found a file called libopengl32.a should I be linking with this? And if so, how would I do that?

Apparently, I don't need to link it to opengl32.lib at all.. I just need to link to gdi32.lib (a windows lib). Everything is working fine now, thanks for your help.
