Just web-search for "VB Decompiling". You'll find resources that help you do it. But decompiling most programs is not so fair and probably illegal to do.

I've written 2 Beginner's Guides to VB Disassembly.
You are expected to know Assembly Language though.

As for automatic decompilation, VB5 was the last language where accurate decompilation was possible.
There are many VB6 decompilers but they're no good.
