Hi, I'm trying to identify the best way to provide strong authentication for Outlook Web Access. Would rather not distribute tokens or certifications, and would like it to be EEEEAAASSSYYYY to manage. Anyone got any ideas? ph34r.gif

Security doesn't come easy... sorry to break it to you.

You either provide strong security or you don't. If it were easy, *heh* then the internet wouldn't be the spam/fraudulent mess that it is right now.

You might try PhoneFactor (www.phonefactor.com/solutions/corporate-email. It's got a free version that is pretty robust, and worth a look. We've been using the free version for a few months and I don't feel any need to upgrade to a paid version, though we may at some point.

I can't imagine the free OWA Authentication PhoneFactor version would get me too far...

Well, you'd be surprised. for the OWA 2-factor Authentication there are unlimited users and its an unlimited time frame. You could conceivably use it forever without paying for it.
