I have a billion dollar idea and need to find a programmer to program the database and implement the source code to make the site interactive with the database, I have all of the graphics work completed but need the programming code to complete the design and build portion of the project, said programmer will retain ownership in the site for any and all work that is done, please respond if you are interested.
