Sounds like a businessman to me, hope you find a good game director, some artists and some programmers.

Doesn't sound like you're a gaming company and more like a generic IT business to me. When looking for an MMORPG to play you're up against the giants like Blizzard who have a strong name as a gaming company and the free cash-shop supported MMORPGs localized by lots of gaming companies who have a strong air around them about games. Click the last three icons in the bottom of my sig- there be your competition. You gotta beat free gameplay and virtual merchandise.

I could play those for free or walk down and buy a copy of WoW or Guild Wars if I want more realistic stuff. There's a library of free realistic MMORPGs and MMOGs in general. Hope you already know all this and are confident you find someone with a golden idea and a skilled team.

Do you know about XFire? It's a place for good free marketing research and breaking deals with them to support their clients can get you publicity. Here's my MMORPG gaming clan with games I picked to be kept track of and you can browse around. If you didn't know about XFire before it's pretty helpful.
