Force refresh or no cache use., how do i?

New D.I.C Head Joined: 10 Sep, 2005 Posts: 23 My Contributions	Does any one have a tip how to do this? I have made significant changes to my site, but If people don't know to empty their cache, or refresh the page, these changes are not reflected. Is there code I can insert to force a refresh or force the browser to not use cache? Thank you!

Barbarbar Joined: 3 Oct, 2006 Posts: 1,255 Thanked 14 times Dream Kudos: 650 My Contributions	Do you want to disable caching altogether, or just update your cached items? If all you need to do is update, you could modify the names of things so that they have version numbers in them - that way, the new assets are loaded(and then cached), and anytime you need a 'refresh' you just deploy files with a different number in their names.
