need help, need help in code on how to retrieve data from text file

i am making a program right nowthen i have a plan to save all my data to a text file format using vb6.0....
ican save my data in a text file format but I dont know how to view iin my form in time of data searching
this is the code i use
CODE
open "..\SIS\INFORMATION.txt" For Append As #1
Print#1, "First Name :    " & txtFname.text
Print#1, "Middle Name :    " & txtMname.text
print#1, " "
msgbox " New record  had been save" , vbinformation
Close#1


that is my code do you have any code that code desplay the txt fille into my forms. thaks
