Drawing / INK application in flash

Recently I saw a tutorial about how to build a drawing / INK type application in silverlight. I was wondering if anyone knows of any such tutorials for flash and could point me in the right direction. Basically what I'm trying to achieve is something like 'Graffiti' on facebook for an interactive flash application. Any help/pointers will be much appreciated!!! I've found some basic tutorials but if anyone has any good ones let me know!
