Ludum Dare, 48hr game dev competition

D.I.C Head Joined: 14 Oct, 2007 Posts: 177 Thanked 6 times My Contributions	Just to let everyone know.. Ludum Dare will have its 12th competition coming up on August 8-10 Anyone that doesn't know, its a solo competition to develop a complete game in 48hours . The game, art, musict etc needs to be created from scratch, but you can use publicly available libraries. PyGame seems to be by far the favorite for most submissions. The games are based on a theme that is voted on the week leading up to the competition. It's a lot of fun! Some surprisingly good games come out of it. I hope some of the dics around here decide to give it a shot.
