New D.I.C Head Joined: 12 Jul, 2008 Posts: 31	Hey, i have an Archer and when i move my mouse around the stage his arms and bow follow but when i press it should play the Archer shooting, and it does but it keeps repeating and never stops and if i click again it does not stop or play another shooting animation.. Plz help.. CODE stop(); _root.onRelease = function() { _root.arrowman.gotoAndPlay(2); } see on release it should play the animation and then on the last frame of animation i put stop(); so it stops it but it ignores that and plays forever.. this is probly easy but i just dont get it. someone plz help Thanks in advance.. #include <soul.h> Joined: 7 Sep, 2006 Posts: 1,635 Thanked 63 times Dream Kudos: 1075 My Contributions	I am not sure but onMouseDown only plays once for me (Flash 8) Maybe try changing the stop to this.stop(); to tell the movieclip to stop and not everything. Hope that helps.
