usercontrol, Adding Panels creating a tile effect via a user control

Can someone help?

I have created two user controls. On the form via 2 buttons you can launch each control. What I dont know how to do is create a tile effect of random created user controls. If Each one is referenced by its own given name how do I erase a control via its given name can someone help.
To clarify two buttons on the form one for each usercontrol and a textbox giving the user control a name and an erase button.

My question is stated because I dont know how to go about it I was hoping someone could give me the Idea of how to go about what I am asking I have no code for I only have a user control which I created.
Basically all I have is a blank form I can create the user control once but how do you do it multiple time as a tile affect. how can I write something I dont know how to write.

thats why I wrote this, for help.

please offer some suggestions
