Hey all,

I am looking to find a tool kit for c#.net. I need to be able to edit a photo. Crop, Fade image, Set the image size without losing quality....etc.

Has anyone worked with an image tool kit and can give me some advice and also let me know whats good out there?

Thanks,
reCoded.

Would I need to have photoshop installed on the serever when I run this web application? Hmm I actually didn't think about this. I am pretty sure this would take sometime to do from scratch. Anyone ever do something like this or worked with photoshop image editing from C#.NET?

Thanks,

I wish I could help you more. I just know other developers that have had this issue and they used Photoshop to resolve it.

Here is a snippet to Resize an image, here is one to Crop an image. This is just a start. Everything you listed can be done natively with the System.Drawing Namespace in the .Net Framework. Why pay for a component when you can create it yourself
