CORECO's Sapera LT, Sapera LT and PC2-Vision Card with 2 different Cameras

We have a urgent need to use a CORECO's Sapera LT with a PC2-Vision Card and two CCD Cameras. The matter is that the Cameras are different. So there must be two different configuration files. Is it possible? In a case "Yes"how can we get Sapera LT program for a such sort of application?
