Front page 2003, scrolling text on enitre page

How do you get the enitre page to scroll your text. I know how to use the marquee but it is very limited. I have a friend that when the page loads, he wants the text to scroll in from the bottom to the top of the page.
I tried using the web tools in word, but got a error message. (This message was created in MARQUEE. This application is not available to open this object)

Any help on this matter. Using front page 2003 and Share Point Designer 2007
