Hi ,

I am using Vb.net , MY aim is edit the File whiling reading it. When ever i search i get to write in text file. I am reading a line from a file, suppose i see some error in it , i need to change it in the file itself, How can it be done ?

Why would you ever want to write to a file you are read? That is just BAD practice. What you should do is READ the file in.. manipulate it in memory.. and when you are done write the results... While in memory you can claim you are "writing" while "reading".
