Just wondering, in general, when is the best time to concatenate? For example, I have 3 fields: FirstName, MiddleI, and LastName. I will always display them as First M. Last, so which is going to give best performance in a table with ~1000 records; concatenating in the query, or in the form/control?

As far as I know it's more efficient to do it in the control, especially if the database is not resident on the machine.
