Is there a code for opening 2 windows with 1 click of a link?

Is there a code out there that lets you click a blue hyperlink and then it opens 2 separate windows (preferably different sizes).... for example I want to be able to click a link and have one page open full screen and a smaller "disclaimer-type" window pop up in front of it in the center.

Help is appreciated, this site is great

There are a number of ways you could do something like that, however they all include JavaScript. I suggest looking into popup windows, that will give you most of the functionality you are looking for, then if you want to make sure that the second window is centered no matter the screen size I would suggest using an alert box (granted it will not allow HTML and will possibly take up a lot of space depending on what you have in it). It is possible to do what you are talking about though, so, like I said, look into popups in Javascript.
