Multiline Txt-Box in compact framework., -smartphone. & streams.

Hi... I am completely new in using CF smart-phone device.. [I use VB.Net 05]
but I managed to understand how it works a bit..

1. Prob: I Need to display an sms msg retrieved from a txtfile. So, I used a 'Multi-line TextBox' control to display the sms.

The control is a bit different 'having an arrow - directing to edit mode'.

-> Is there a way to remove that arrow functionality or the arrow itself??

Because that arrow does not have any use when I make: the Multi-Line-Txtbox take the full-screen space.

Or Maybe:

- Is there a way to Disable/Remove the MultiLine Arrow-Functionality found in smartphone?

or - anotherWay/anotherControl for the user to input information in fullscreen of smartphone?
