Does anyone know how to listen to a port in VB? I'm sure its easy... And how to view the incoming traffic? Thanks in advance.

socket.listen

althoug, i must say, it takes a lot of CPU...

All sorts of things...establish connections, beef up security, etc...It's also one of the techniques used to track down any 'unwanted' programs or streams on your machine, if they happen to be using a port to transmit data.
